Permanent Downhole Monitoring
Our permanent downhole monitoring systems provide the "eyes to the reservoir" to
improve well productivity, reduce operating costs and understand reservoir performance
on a real-time basis. The tools have been designed to maintain the high reliability
that is associated with Core Lab product line while maintaining cost competitiveness,
flexibility, and ease of use.
We design "fit for purpose" instrumentation systems for low cost land based heavy
oil wells or for highly advanced subsea smart completions. We provide several conveyance
techniques allowing operations to select the method best suited to their particular
completion design. We also provide instrumentation to measure discrete or multiple pressure
and temperature points, distributed fibre optic temperature (DTS), vibration, flow and
permanent geophones.
