Core Laboratories and PETROCI are pleased to present our latest collaborative REGIONAL GEOLOGICAL STUDY of the IVORIAN MARGIN.
We are excited to announce the launch of our Côte d’Ivoire Phase IV project, which commenced in the second quarter of 2024. This project expands our existing database by adding 27 new study wells to the 96 wells from previous phases, bringing the total to an impressive 123 wells.
Comprehensive Analysis
Our study incorporates a wide range of analyses, including:
- Stratigraphy
- Sedimentology
- Petrography
- Rock properties
- Geochemistry
- Latest paleogeographic maps
These analyses provide a comprehensive understanding of the geological characteristics and hydrocarbon potential of the region.
Extensive Core Coverage
A key feature of our Phase IV project is the extensive core coverage from critical deepwater and shelfal wells in undeveloped oil and gas fields. The study includes:
- Extensive cored sections
- Sidewall core samples
These core samples offer valuable insights into the reservoir properties and hydrocarbon potential of the undeveloped fields.
Unlocking the Potential of Côte d’Ivoire
With the addition of 27 new study wells and the incorporation of the latest analytical techniques, our Phase IV project aims to unlock the full potential of Côte d’Ivoire’s oil and gas resources. This project will provide valuable data and insights to help guide exploration and development activities in the region.
