Core Laboratories has manufactured thousands of core holders which are currently in use around the world. We have designed core holders to withstand pressures of 20,000 psi, temperatures of 600 F, core diameters of up to 24 inches, and core lengths of up to 48 inches. We will custom design and manufacture a “TEMCO” core holder to fit into an existing core flooding system or other core analysis application. If desired, we will design a complete core analysis system to meet your specific needs. No application is considered too specialized. Our standard “TEMCO” core holder designs feature wetted material of 316 stainless steel. A variety of other materials is available upon request, including Hastelloy B or C, Inconel, Monel, or Titanium. All “TEMCO” end caps are manufactured from a high strength bronze material to prevent galling between similar metals. Each core holder is pressure tested at 1.5 times the rated working pressure to ensure the product’s reliability, durability, and most importantly, the customer’s safety. With each core holder the client receives a copy of the test report along with an operations manual, assembly drawing and parts list. All instrument prices are quoted on request. We have listed standard instrument configurations, but many of our instruments are available with a range of features that allow you to customize the equipment to your precise applications.
