Instrument Accessories

Core Laboratories has manufactured thousands of accessories which are currently in use around the world. We have designed accessories to withstand pressures of up to 20,000 psi and temperature of up to 600 °F.

We will custom design and manufacture various components for a complete core analysis system, so that you can continuously upgrade and revise your existing flow systems.

Each accessory is pressure tested at 1.5 times the rated working pressure to ensure the product’s reliability, durability, and most importantly, the customer’s safety. With each core holder the client receives a copy of the test report along with an operation manual, assembly drawing and parts list

Components that we provide include core holders, floating piston accumulators, fluid separators and back pressure regulators, to name a few. If desired, we can design a complete core analysis system to meet your specific needs. No application is considered too specialized.

Our standard wetted material used is 316 stainless steels. A variety of other materials including Hastelloy B or C, Inconel, Monel, or Titanium is available upon request.

All instrument prices are quoted on request. We have listed standard instrument configurations, but many of our instruments are available with a range of features that allow you to customize the equipment to your precise applications.
