The modeling technique takes a significant amount of workstation time to render and measure all of the CT density models, so it is
generally only suggested for very complex cores that can't be characterized with 2D descriptions. If the model is conducted on
continuous sections of core, the models are summarized for each CT slice (AOI) and displayed in a log format. This modeling technique
can also be applied to micro-CT scans of plugs and micro-plugs to scale up to the CT-Virtual Core3.
